Adding a Gocap in the App
1. Turn on Bluetooth.
Before adding the Gocap, turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile device.
This can be done from the mobile device’s settings.
2. Remove the label.
The Gocap comes with a removable reminder label. Read the caution on the label then remove the label.
Remember, never use Gocap to decide your dose amount. Always follow your doctor’s instructions.
To proceed with the next step, Tap “Okay, I understand.”
It’s possible for a prompt to appear stating “Application is requesting permission to turn on Bluetooth. Allow?”
Press “Yes” to turn on the Bluetooth setting.
It’s possible for a prompt to appear stating “Allow Gocap to access this device’s location?”
Press “Allow” to successfully connect the Gocap to the app.
7. Charge the Gocap
Connect the Gocap to the USB cable and plug the charging block into an outlet.
The charging indicator light will appear red or green when charging.
Tap “Okay, I’m ready” if the Gocap is charging and within 5 meters from the mobile device.
The “Connecting” screen will appear when the app is trying to find the Gocap.
It’s possible to receive a “Bluetooth pairing Request” asking “Pair with this device?”
Press “OK” to allow the Gocap to connect to the app.
The Gocap will beep when the app has located and connected to the nearest Gocap.
The “Success” screen will appear when the Gocap has been added to your account. You can add another Gocap by pressing “Connect another Gocap”.
Otherwise, press “I’m finished”.
